Healing Talk Radio

Diana Hoffman, LPC wants to empower people with free, current, research-based information on healing depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc. Diana's shows focus on many conditions that may have trauma at their root (aka "Cortisol-Based Depression").  Diana is very intelligent and puts hours of research into each show.  She archives past shows on her radio website in a way that is easy to access. I highly recommend this site for anyone interested in learning how to heal from depression, addictions, insomnia, PTSD,  etc. etc.

I learned about "Freeze States" from Diana, as well as how the brain stores and deals with trauma. The things I have learned from Diana have helped me feel peace through my own healing process. She is extremely knowledgeable about these subjects and she wants to spread the message that people can heal from past childhood and other traumas.  She also knows that common childhood events like parental divorce can actually be experienced as trauma by some people--so this can be for the "ordinary individual"---anyone!

Follow this link to her radio station.  Her shows are replayed throughout the week, as well as archived for future use (she airs live on Fridays at noon).  When you get to the website, your computer may have a box that comes up and asks if it is allowed to store bites on your computer.  You need to answer "yes" for your computer to play the radio station. Diana Hoffman has created a rich treasure-trove of information for individuals and therapists. (Therapists often refer clients with Dissociative Disorder to Diana.)   The shows last an hour.  Please check it out at: http://www.healingtalkradio.com/about/
